Do you enjoy talking with people? Want to meet your community while educating visitors about the Nature Center at Greenburgh? Then, this is the perfect opportunity for you – apply to become one of our communication docents!
Comms docents (18+) greet and direct visitors, participate in outreach, and assist with community events. This seasonal role is primarily outside and often requires standing for an extended period of time. Volunteer hours are available Friday through Sunday, 10am-12pm or 1-4pm. Training must be completed with the Membership Coordinator. Get involved, soak up the preserve’s soothing landscape, and connect with your community!
