Check out Nature Lab during summer break! Your middle schooler will explore nature, think like a scientist, and create like an engineer in hands-on learning that blends creativity, exploration, and real-world problem-solving.
All Nature Labs align with NYS P-12 science learning standards for grades 6-8.
Summer Nature Lab
Reserve a spot for your middle schooler at the Nature Center this summer! For two weeks, your child will explore the preserve like an ecologist, experiment like a field researcher, and understand our natural world like a conservationist. Nature Lab also offers an introduction to zoology with critical thinking exercises about our animal ambassadors and wildlife. In hands-on STEAM workshops, participants learn from our naturalists to develop lifelong skills and practice environmental stewardship. Register now for this great opportunity!
