Keep Nature Their home.
Keep their home protected.
As 2026 comes to a close, we invite you to support our work in making sure there is still a place where nature can simply be nature.
Every day, our animal ambassadors inspire children, teens, and adults to look more closely, ask questions, overcome fears, and develop a deeper respect for the natural world. A child who meets an owl, watches a tortoise eat, or sees a snake up close for the first time leaves with a connection to wildlife that no book or screen can replicate.
And the animals who live inside the Manor House are only part of the story. Beyond its doors, our 33 acres are home to an extraordinary community of wildlife: birds nesting in our trees, frogs and salamanders returning to Wood Frog Pond, pollinators moving through our meadows and gardens, and countless other animals finding the food, water, shelter, and space they need to survive.
When we protect this land, we protect their home.
Your generosity provides exceptional care, food, enrichment, veterinary support, and safe habitats for the animals who depend on us every day. It helps us restore native habitats, remove invasive species, protect sensitive ecosystems, and steward these 33 acres so that wildlife can continue to live, forage, nest, thrive, and raise their young here.
Most importantly, your support makes a promise to every animal that calls the Nature Center home:
You are safe here. You belong here.
Make local nature conservation part of your annual giving or give the gift of membership to share the joy of nature with family and friends.
