Refund Policy

For Back to Nature Series, Birthday Parties, School and other programs:

For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of program date, full refund less any processing fees where applicable. 

For cancellations with notice between 14 days and 30 days, 75% refund less any processing fees. 

For cancellations made with less than 2 weeks’ notice, 50% refund less any processing fees. 

For Summer Camp 2023:

For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the program date, either a full refund minus 20% and any processing fees or a credit (for the full amount) to be used for a program on a future date will be issued.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the program, there are no monetary refunds but a 50% credit for a program on a future date will be issued.
