For Back to Nature Series, Birthday Parties, School and other programs:
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the program date will receive a full refund of the remaining balance, less any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made with 14 to 30 days’ notice will receive a 75% refund of the remaining balance, less any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance, less any applicable processing fees.
For Camp:
For cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the program date, either a full refund minus 20% and any processing fees or a credit (for the full amount) to be used for a program on a future date will be issued.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the program, there are no monetary refunds but a 50% credit for a program on a future date will be issued.
For cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the program there will be no refunds available.
